The terms for using PIXY’s website and design tools.
Welcome to PIXY
These terms govern use of the PIXY website and its features. Orders are also subject to our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Please read them before ordering. Customers placing orders must be 18 or over.
Your account
Provide accurate account and order information. Keep your password private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. If you suspect unauthorised access, reset your password and contact PIXY. Do not impersonate another person or provide misleading details.
Using the website respectfully
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not upload malicious code, send spam, collect other customers’ personal information, bypass security controls or interfere with the service. PIXY may restrict access when misuse or security concerns require it.
Design tools and AI previews
The bouquet designer helps you explore an arrangement. AI previews are illustrative and may contain inaccuracies. Review the written selections and confirm important requirements with PIXY before ordering. Preview allowances apply as shown in the designer. Generating an image does not place or confirm an order.
Messages, designs and reviews
Only submit content you are entitled to use. Keep card messages, notes and reviews free of unlawful, abusive or misleading material and unnecessary sensitive information. PIXY uses order submissions to provide the requested service. Reviews are subject to moderation before publication; see our Privacy Statement for how information is handled.
Website content and availability
Product information, prices and features may change. Errors may be corrected, and services may be interrupted or withdrawn. If an error affects an order request, PIXY will contact you about the available options. Images and screen colours may differ from the finished product.
Links to other services
External links may open maps, messaging, social media or other services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. PIXY does not control their content or availability.
Respecting creative work
Do not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit PIXY website content or services without permission where permission is required. Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of PIXY and others when using the website or submitting material.
Responsibility and your rights
The website cannot be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. Read our Disclaimer for further information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will appear here. Contact info@pixy.mv or +960 777 4142, quoting your order number.
